Are you an emerging Project Manager looking to step up and take ownership of complex, technical projects? We’re partnering with a reputable construction company seeking a driven Project Manager with 2–3 years’ experience delivering projects end-to-end.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked their way up through the industry—a candidate who understands how sites operate, communicates confidently with trades, and has a solid grasp of construction processes. You’ll be managing challenging and unique construction projects, requiring strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from planning through to handover
  • Coordinate trades, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality
  • Solve on-site challenges and proactively manage risk
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
  • Report progress to senior management and clients

About You

  • 2–3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in construction
  • Proven background working your way up (TA, labourer, apprentice, supervisor, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of construction methodology and site operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to manage tricky, complex projects with a practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Highly organised, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes
